You may choose to use a rental contract when you're lending, renting, or borrowing a surfboard. Use of rental contracts is not required to participate in the SurfboardTimeshare community.

Your use of the SurfboardTimeshare optional rental contract will not imply or provide any legal protection by SurfboardTimeshare.com. SurfboardTimeshare.com, any SurfboardTimeshare.com owners, agents, or assigns, cannot be held liable for any claims, loss, costs, damages, expenses, actions, judgments and attorney fees, which SurfboardTimeshare.com members, their heirs, personal representatives or assigns may have, or claim to have, including any claims for negligence created by or arising from the use, operation, handling, or transportation of a surfboard. All SurfboardTimeshare.com members agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurfboardTimeshare.com, or any SurfboardTimeshare.com owners or agents or assigns from all claims, damages, demands, costs, losses, expenses, actions and judgments, which are created by or may arise out the use of a surfboard. All SurfboardTimeshare.com members agree to pay all claims brought by third parties resulting from the operation and/or use of a surfboard during any rental period, regardless of whether a rental fee was charged or not.
